Description:
The mysql GUI tools request administrator privileges. In windows vista this opens the UAC. This makes the tools unusable without administrator privileges. There appears to be no reason for requesting administrator privileges as the tools work fine without.

How to repeat:
Start tool in Windows Vista.

Suggested fix:
Do not request higher privileges than necessary.
