Description:
Open Workbench OSS
Add a new physical schema
Open list at Default Collation

You will see a looooong list of nothing before the collation list will start.

Suggested fix:
Drop the empty content at the beginning of collation list

This is a bug (although gtk developers will probably say it's a feature...) in Gtk+, there's nothing we can do about it.
