Description:
When I install the agent I cannot enter an empty password for the user accessing the database.

How to repeat:
just try it out

Suggested fix:
Workaround: Enter dummy password and fix later manually.

I know that this is not too good in any circumstances. I know that some companies have the concept, that the server is secure per se and thus you do not need a password for the local root.

So please let me choose myself.

This is as-designed. The agent requires SUPER privileges, so we're not going to let people use an account with no password.

We realize that someone might have this policy of the machine hosting mysqld being secure, but we're not going to rely on that in our product, it opens too many holes for customers to shoot themselves in the foot security-wise, and then blame us.
