Description:
Same error as well as from the Xamp-distribution dated 4.8.2008.

As soon as winmysqladmin.exe ist started I get continous errormessages
from libmysql.dll : 1000a427

It is possible to connect to the mysql-server with DBvisualizer 6.0.5.
but using winmysqladmin 1.4 dated from 21.12.2007 results 
in a crash.

Reproduced on 2 machines running Win2003 SP2

How to repeat:

Install XAMPP on a W2003-server
use XAMPP-conrol to start mysql
run winmysqladmin.exe

and the error pops up continuously.
