Description:
When I Enable SNMP Notifications, I try to set 'On Save send test trap (optional)' , but any setting cause error like this.

「U0088 不正なSNMP重要度レベルが入力されました。」

It means 'Invalid SNMP severity level'.

After that, I change UI language from Japanese to English. I can use 'On Save send test trap (optional)' and send SNMP message.

So I supposed that problem related with Japanese UI.

How to repeat:
Under japanese UI environment.

(1) Enable SNMP Notifications
(2) Set 'On Save send test trap (optional)'
(3) Push 'Save' button.

Suggested fix:
[Workaround] 
  Use English UI.

[Suggested fix]
  The same behavior as English UI.
