Thank you for the bug report. Which exactly release package you've installed?. Thanks in advance.

I have installed MySQL 5.1.30 on Windows. The CHM file in the distribution is faulty, missing many pages, as noted in two bug reports. The CHM was re-compiled in Jan, and it showed as being for MySQL 5.1 to 5.1.31. Today I tried to download the chm file again, and it is faulty. The pdf file today shows "Document generated on: 2009-02-03 (revision: 13541)" and lists being for MySQL 5.1 to 5.1.32. I'm assuming the CHM was recompiled 2009-02-03 as well, and it is faulty. Thanks. Barry.

Thank you for the feedback. Regarding to *chm file verified as described (I downloaded http://downloads.mysql.com/docs/refman-5.1-en.chm) Regarding to PDF one copy I looked into is complete. If you downloaded corrupt copy please provide exact URL you used.

The pdf doc is fine. I used it to see that the documents were recompiled on 2009-02-03. The chm is the doc which is faulty. The url you provided gives me a faulty chm file. Barry.

Barry: Thanks for your report. We are currently having intermittent issues with our CHM builds. If you have downloaded a CHM from the MySQL website, please do not report a bad CHM as a bug. CHMs are rebuilt every 6 hours. Please download a later build and use that. For more information on the problems, see http://coalface.mcslp.com/2009/02/10/problems-with-the-chm-refman-builds and http://dev.mysql.com/doc/index.html#chm-tip.
