Description:
If I file a bug and fill in "Est. Completion" on the first page, the second page that lists possible duplicates will have reset the field to 1970-01-01.

How to repeat:
File a bug and fill in "Est. Completion". Hit "Send bug report". Note that the field will be 1970-01-01 on the returned form.

Suggested fix:
Preserve the field "Est. Completion" when sending back the 2nd form.
