************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Sometimes I see strange error message: Unknown Exception caught in: C:\documents and settings\mysqldev\my documents\visual studio 2005\projects\workbench\backend\windows\wb.wr\src\Wb.h at line 1010

Program is useless with this errors. HW: Thinkpad Z61M, 3GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon X1400

How to repeat:
Double-click on table in EER Diagram

Many thanks for writing a bug report. Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this behaviour.

How did you start Workbench OSS? Did you start the software and then opened your diagramm or did you jsut click on the diagramm?
[14 Jan 2009 22:20] Zalesak Zalesny
I tried both. I tried also restart computer, repair and reinstall product, but this behaviour still remains.
But when i first installed workbench, everything works fine. I created EER model, drew some tables and relations and after that, workbench starts strike :)

Today I created another model, and also import some models from sql create script and workbench goes without error, so i suppose error is in saved file. If there is a discreet way to send you file, i can do it.

There is one more step i provide on faulty model. After installing workbench, there was undo history set to 0. I saved model and then set undo history to 1 (workbench goes very slowly) and again saved model.

A similar behavior is reported in this bug.

Try disable "reopen automatically" if is checked.

Bye

Many thanks for the feedback.

Unfortunately, because you didn't change status to "open" our system set status to "no feedback".

Anyway, your issue is not repeatable here.

Please try Workbench 5.1 and let us know if you still run into this problem.
