Description:
After login, if I click on the "Edit my profile" link, I get a blank screen.

May be related to http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=42022

How to repeat:
1- Login on http://forge.mysql.com
2- Enter your login and password
3- Click on the top link that says "edit my profile"
4- See the blank screen.
