Description:
The Workbench OSS (1.06beta1) crashes on Mac OS X (10.5.4 PPC) when deleting an index with either field in edit mode. The bug can be recreated with any number of indices, columns, keys or any other options.

There is a fairly obvious workaround which is for user's to ensure they have no fields in edit mode when they want to delete an index.

How to repeat:
Open up the workbench and use the new file that's presented.

 - Create a table
 - Edit the table (I double clicked)
 - Select the 'indices' tab
 - Create a new index
 - Edit either the name or comment
 - Leave the field in edit mode
 - Delete the index

 * Workbench crashes out.

Suggested fix:
The Workbench should delete the currently selected index regardless of whether fields are in edit mode.

Many thanks for writing a bug report. We don't support Workbench on Mac OS X at the moment. But we will start developing a Mac OS X version after we finished Linux/Unix version.

This means we will look into this later and fix it if necessary.
