Description:
When trying to run the Generate Catalog Diff Report... command, I crashed with the following.  I was pointing it at a local Windows MySQL instance, the only change from default in the MySQL config is lower_case_table_names=2.

How to repeat:
Unable to reproduce, but the stack trace looked clear enough to be able to at least add some kind of a guard check...
