Description:
If you click in the "MySQLWorkbench" menu item on the top left corner, and then click on "About MySQL Workbench", you get a new workbench window plus the "about" screen.

The new workbench screen should not be created, specially because there is no "Window" menu to select between the new and old workbench "instance" or "window"

How to repeat:
1- Start workbench
2- Click on "MySQLWorkbench"
3- Click on "About MySQL Workbench" and you will notice that now you have two instances of wb running and the About screen

Suggested fix:
Only popup the about screen
