Thanks Francis! Based on your excellent description I could repeat the problem using Workbench 5.1.5 on Mac OS. I'm also attaching a trace of crash, maybe it helps our develepers. 1. Start Workbench, no need to import anything 2. Add Diagram (doubclicking is weird in Mac OS applications!) 3. New tab and 'button' is shown. 4. Close the tab 'EER Diagram' tab. 5. Delete the EER Diagram using the Menu (^Backspace does not work) 6. EER Diagram is still there. 7. Delete again the EER Diagram => crash It does not crash when you keep the tab open and then delete the EER Diagram. Also, you can't delete an EER Diagram before viewing it at least once.

Appears to be working now. As a bonus, cmd-Delete also works.
