Description:
When thw monitored mysql server goes down, you see an alert on the UI indicating this, with a time stamp of when this occurred.
Once the mysql server comes back online, you do not see a new entry on the Events tab, you only see a different icon next to the alert.

It would be much better to indicate the time the mysql server came back online (and this applies to all other rules)

This feature request is from http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=41634

How to repeat:
1- install and start the agent an service manager
2- Once the mysql instance is on the UI, stop it
3- Go to UI->Events and notice the "MySQL Server Not Reachable" alert.
4- Start the mysql server again and go back to the UI and you will not see a new entry with a new time stamp.
