I can't repeat the scenario of the bug, because the server is used on a system with heavy load and many connections per second.

This is not the appropriate avenue for this kind of thing.  If you are a paying support customer then you 
can go to support.mysql.com.  There are also the free mailing lists which you can see at lists.mysql.com
