I notice from the email that the "Affects customer: no" field has been set. I'm not sure how to set this, or if it makes any difference, but for the record I'm a customer and I'm affected.

Many thanks for writing a bug report. When you are really a support customer so please open a customer support case in our support tool. The affects customer is for our support customers and is set when a support customer hit a bug. Our experience is that checking file system and repairing the disc will help with your issue. Please try this and let us know if it would help or if you still will get the crashes.
