Description:
Communication through the bug report can be slow and tedious to operate, and it would be significantly faster if a reply-to address was used for bugs similar to how Eventum handles mails about issues.

Currently, any off-line conversations has to be attached manually to the bug report.

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
Add a new section with "threads" similar to how the worklog system attaches threads discussing a patch to each patch.

Provide an address where mails can be sent and attached to that section. Ensure that attachments to mails are attached as files to the bug report.

Please keep the thread mails and the existing comments separate since they serve different purposes.
