Many thanks for writing a bug report. Unfortunately MySQL Administrator is not supported for Linux at the moment. http://www.mysql.com/support/supportedplatforms/tools.html We will implement whole MySQL Administrator functionality into Workbench. This will fix your problem by automatism.

I was tired of the patching so I made a copy of common folder then renamed it mysql-gui-common --Party Done
