Description:
Have an option in the configuration to NOT automatically refresh the schema after a script is executed. We work some remote databases in where we do not have console access. The only access provided is via a database connection. Some connections are terribly slow. So slow in fact that it takes a couple of minutes for the schema to refresh itself. This is very painful.

Suggested fix:
Add an option in the options/browser configuration/setup to disable the automatic refresh of the schema window.

Many thanks for writing a feature request.

We are on the way to implement full functionality of MySQL Query Browser into MySQL Workbench. Because it will look very different there we won't fix this anymore.
