Description:
When adding users it is often useful to add comments about those users if they are used for specific purposes. We have created users specifically for monitoring the merlin server and they are not intended to be used by humans. However there is no way currently to add a comment about a user so that others using the system know what it is for.

How to repeat:
Create a user, there is no field to allow for comments on that user.

Suggested fix:
Add a comment field which can be edited when editing the user information and viewed when viewing the list of merlin users.
