Description:
i cant find in the documentation information about 
relations between logical operations
actualy i can do some experiments and see what i get.

a simular page to what i mean:
http://php.net/manual/en/language.operators.php#language.operators.precedence

How to repeat:
pease add page to manual that describes precedence of operators
