Description:
Please implement NEAR operator for full-text search (like in Oracle)

P.S. Oracle: Use the NEAR operator to return a score based on the proximity of two or more query terms.; max_span - Optionally specify the size of the biggest clump.

How to repeat:
need to search words, which are close to each other in a long text in a cell.
