Description:
Table creation, Colummns tab:

The nullable column on screen is labeled "NN"

Help, Chapter: 7.3.3 "Columns Tab"

States "Check the check box under the N. column to disallow a null value ..."

The screen shot reflects the state of the executable in that the column is labeled "NN"
