Description:
Hello

I just install mysql 4.1.2. 
And now, I've some troubles with mysqlcc. 
When I try to create my local host: 
[local] ERREUR 1130: #HY000Host 'monlocalhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server 

??? ???

How to repeat:
When I try to create my local host

SQLyog open correctly default databases (mysql & test)

If I put 'localhost' in host zone, it's work (no IP or computer's name).
So, I can't administrate with mysqlcc on my computer, a host with mysql 4.1.2 on another computer.

I've try with mysql 4.0.20a on my distant computer -> same problem
I've try with mysql 4.0.18 on my distant computer -> it's ok

I cannot repeat this so long as I am using a proper login; ie: a login that does allow remote connections.
