Description:
The InnoDB configuration chapter in the reference manual at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/innodb-configuration.html refers to disabling the write cache on "ATAPI hard disks". However, ATAPI is a standard usually used for CD-ROMs and other removable media. For hard disks, one usually refers to "ATA disks". See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATAPI for more details.

How to repeat:
Check the manual page mentioned above, verify the description of "ATAPI".

Suggested fix:
My suggestion would be to change this to "ATA/SATA disk drives" instead.
