Description:
The ndbapi documentation explains the various DUMP codes at great length now but doesn't mention how to send a DUMP request from within a MGMAPI application at all.

How to repeat:
Check documentation for ndb_mgm_dump_state()

Suggested fix:
Document ndb_mgm_dump_state()

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products.

Per discussion today with Jonas: The function is officially supported beginning in the next 6.2/6.3 releases (should be 6.2.17/6.3.19). The function will continue to be unsupported in earlier Cluster versions.

It's also being moved out of mgmapi_debug.h into the public mgmapi.h header file.

I've updated the docs to match.
