This is a documented change in 5.1.24 and newer versions. Read http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/news-5-1-24.html: "To address the problem, on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, the datafiles and data file configuration are now set to the Microsoft recommended AppData folder. The AppData folder is typically located within the user's home directory."

After I copy my old data folder to /Thomas/ApplicationData, then go to Admistration browser, but dont see any db shown. Then I try copy individual db file to it,still didnt show in browser either.
