Description:
When editing a stored procedure, the editor keeps jumping back to the start of the page every few seconds unless typing is constant making it virtually impossible to edit anything.

How to repeat:
1. Create a new routine (preferably with a length longer than can be displayed)
2. Scroll down the page
3. Wait for a few seconds

this happens in view- and routine-editor (not in routine-group or trigger)
