Description:
The Layer Title does not change appearance after making changes in the menu item "Tools/Option/Fonts".

How to repeat:
Create a new Layer.
Go to menu item "Tools/Option/Fonts".
Click on "Layer Title".
Change Size to something visiblly larger like 20, click OK.
Note no changes to the Layer Title.
None of the font controls make any visible changes to the canvas.

Suggested fix:
Connect controls to the Layer objects.
