Description:
The MySQL ads that pop up during the .msi driven installation refer to the Enterprise Monitor by it's old name:

MySQL Enterprise Monitor (currently called Monitoring and Advisory service in the ads)

How to repeat:
Install the MySQL Server using an .msi / setup.exe file on Windows and note the ads that pop up after the installation status screen.

Suggested fix:
Alter the ad file to refer to the service by it's new name.
