Description:
After having connected to a server, I click on File->New Instance Connection... and then click on the elipses (three dots ...) next to the connection.  It gives me an error which says:  The following exception occured:\nCannot focus a disabled or invisible window.  

This also happens at the beginning of the program.

How to repeat:
Follow the steps described above.
