Description:
It would be great if an Agent can be setup so it sends data to two (or more) Enterprise Monitor Managers. This would make the monitoring Highly Available.

How to repeat:

It would also be nice if/when this is implemented, if the agent could report to multiple managers on the same machine.  I could envision this being helpful for testing multiple versions of the dashboard while only having 1 agent per instance.

We think of this as more generally: document how to configure Monitor highly-available. Will consider it, but it's non-trivial...

Already adjusted the Jira issue to Kay as the owner for feedback on if we can accomplish a primary/secondary MEM server scenario.
