Description:
Ndb api fails to handle signal att node shutdown.
In a 4 node configuration I shut down one node

Signal: TCKEY_FAILCONF

Note:
This is a rare bug.
First incident of atlest 10 "tries"
 

How to repeat:
Rolling upgrade

This happend twice in a short timeframe.
(On both upgrade of node 1 and 3, but not for nodes 2,4)

Note:
db-nodes upgraded from 3.4.7 to 3.4.9
api-nodes were running 3.4.4

I found and fixed a problem with trailing commit ack markers, which gives this
behavior
