Description:
The color picker pops up in the middle of the screen (unrelated even to wb main window)

The popup is initiated from the propery editor, which is by default right bottom of the screen. This means you have to make a huge swing with the mouse to actually pick the color - I can feel my repetitive strain injuries coming up.

Any popup should always appear as close as possible to the widget from where the popup action was initiated.

How to repeat:
pick a color from the property editor.

Thanks for the bug report.
This is system dependant and cannot be controlled by the application.
