Thank you for the report. But version 5.0.60 is a bit old. Please upgrade to current version 5.0.67 or 5.0.68, try with it and if problem still exists explain in more details how you want this to be fixed.

Just for a note: on my debug 5.0.70 server query from comment "[16 Sep 20:29] Roberto Spadim" takes only 0.02 sec

i will wait more time to get 5.1 and test on it, it's a production server i can't operate every time it i will continue test on another server (windows) to check

i tested on 5.1.16, worked better with index_merge, Using sort_union(PRIMARY,hash_baixa); Using where maybe newer version get better i will test again on a windows machine thanks
