binlog_killed_simulate and ctype_cp932 tests fail with the embedded server test suite

How to repeat:
./mysql-test-run.pl --embedded-server

At leats in mysql-5.0-bugteam last changeset March 2009
both tests are not disabled and fail.

These bugs have been disabled for the embedded server.

Due to their construction, they will not perform well with the embedded server and thus the disabling is the bug fix.  Discussed this with the bug reporter before proceeding with this course of action.
