Description:
In the project registration form, the drop down list of licenses does not mention the Creative Commons, which are a popular choice for releasing projects containing data and documentation rather than code.

How to repeat:
register a new project or edit an existing one. Check the drop down menu for licenses.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been fixed and ordering of the licenses is now in alphabetical ascending.
