Description:
during migration from server 4.1 to server 5.0, the soft lock during the bulk transfer.

After many tables, the progress bar is blocked at 66%. And you can only cancel the process

How to repeat:
run my migration process again and again

sorry it's not a soft lock, but it takes hours to complet the process
