Description:
No huge problem - just a disparity between the instructions and the actual installation...

The instructions (for the package installer) indicate that the StartupItem is installed at the following
location:

/Library/StarupItems/MySQLCOM/

However, it is installed to:

/Library/StarupItems/MySQL/

Out of interest - the installers do not fail on Mac OS X 10.3 (I'm using 10.3.3 and had no problems with
the given installers, nor with starting up the database).

How to repeat:
Install StartupItem onto a fresh (Non-Server) version of Mac OS X.

Suggested fix:
Either change the installer to correct the location of installation or update the information/instructions
provided so that the user is fully aware of what is being installed _and_ where.

The documentation is a written for the upcoming 4.1.2 release rather than
4.0.20.

"The Startup Item will be installed into
`/Library/StartupItems/MySQLCOM'. (Before MySQL 4.1.2, the location
was `/Library/StartupItems/MySQL', but that collided with the MySQL
Startup Item installed by Mac OS X Server)."
