Description:
In the bugs statistics page(http://bugs.mysql.com/bugstats.php), the links "Won't fix" and "Can't repeat" in section 'Closed Bugs by Developer' have an extra '\' before the apostrophe (html entity %5C in the link below), leading to a '0 bugs found' page.

http://bugs.mysql.com/search.php?cmd=display&severity=all&status=Can%5C%27t+repeat&assign=...

How to repeat:
http://bugs.mysql.com/search.php?cmd=display&severity=all&status=Can%5C%27t+repeat&assign=...

Suggested fix:
Unescape the apostrophes (stripslashes or whatever)
