Description:
CommandBuilder doesn't subscribe to DA events on property set

How to repeat:
create a command builder object connected to an existing data adapter.  Then try to set the command builder's dataadapter property to a new DA.  The RowUpdating event will not be subscribed to which will prevent the commands from being properly generated.
