Description:
When editing a routine group, I can drag routines from the "MySQL Model" tab into the routine group tab at the bottom of the screen.

I would also like to drag a routine from the MySQL Model tab into 
- the specific routine group in the catalog tree view
- into the routine group in the routine groups element on the MySQL Model tab

How to repeat:
attempt to drag routine from "MySQL Model" Tab to:

- Routine group node in catalog tree view
- Routine group item on "MySQL Model" Tab

Suggested fix:
all drag/drop to all occurrences of routine groups (in catalog tree view and on mysql model tab)
