Description:
When havin a schema with relationship, when creating a table, the table can be invisible if you clicked over a relationship. The table appears in foreign keys menus (as "table1") but not on the window.

How to repeat:
Create 2 tables or more with relationships
Select the table creation tool
Place your mouse over a relationship (it becomes red)
Click

=> the table doesn't appear

Suggested fix:
temparly workaround: rename the .mwb as .zip and manually edit the contained XML: remove the "table1" container.
