Hi,

Can't connect to 5.1 Databases from VS2008.  Please see the error information below...

One or more error(s) occured while processing the database object(s). Click OK to continue anyway or Cancel to go back to the wizard and try to fix the errors.

<`test`.`mytable`>
Could not retrieve schema information for table or view `test`.`mytable`.

How to repeat:
1. Install VS2008
2. Install MySQL 5.1.26
3. Load VS2008
4. Using "Data Source" window add new connection to "MySQL" database.

Hi Jared and thanks for your report.

MySQL server 5.1.28, c/NET 5.2 (latest sources) and VS2005 work ok on my XP... Will consult Reggie.

I'll take your word it works in future release 5.1.28 and close the bug.
