Description:
Sometimes that option doesn't work.

I don't know exactly when it works and when it doesn't.
But you can repeat the bug if you try to use that command as soon as the program starts, and tyou don't perform any action before that.

How to repeat:
1. start the query browser
2. click Script->Create stored procedure/function

Thank you for the bug report. I can't repeat on Fedora Core 6.0.
