Description:
The MEM individual logs are not showing the timestamps for each log entry.
When you first go to Logs, it shows timestamps (the Logs.action page),
but when you click on one type of log (the ShowLog.action page) it does not.

Notice that build 1.3.2.9155 does not have this bug (individual log timestamps do show).

How to repeat:
- Install ver. 1.3.3.9184
- Go to Settings > Logs
- Observe the 'Last Modified' column shows timestamps
- Click on one of the logs with entries
- Observe the 'Time' column is blank
