Description:
Hi,

I strugle to assign remote priveledges to the core ROOT user as fresh install, I guess experts create various user as they need. However assinning remote user priveledges for ROOT user should be just as easy.

CURRENT PROBLEM. One has to add ANYHOST account to 'ROOT' user and receive an audible error before the priveledges tabe is 'ENABLED'

Dont know why is - plz fix!

How to repeat:
1. Find clean server if avaible
2. Create new DB from QB
3. Now use Admin progrm to allow the 'ROOT' @ % to have full priveledgesof that DB

RESULT is that the priveledges tab is grayed out until '%' is attemtped to be re-added with error.

Suggested fix:
Priveledge tab should always be enable when ROOT user is selected.
