After running the uninstall program, /etc/init.d/mysql-service-agent is still on the server.

How to repeat:
Install MySQL enterprise service agent version 1.3.2. Run /opt/mysql/enterprise/agent/uninstall.

Suggested fix:
Have the uninstall program remove the init script.
