Description:
When creating a new schema, you are immediately presented with a dialog to "rename all schema occurrences".  There is no rename operation on an initial creation.

How to repeat:
Open a new workbench file.
Create new schema.
Name the schema.

Observe dialog box.

Suggested fix:
If the schema has not yet been saved, simply save the name with no confirmation box.
