Description:
I try to login to to the MySQL Administrator and it gave me a message that said this:

Could not connect to the specified instance.

MySQL error number 2003
Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

I logged in with
Server Host: localhost Port: 3306
Username: root
Password: root

I'm new to using MySQL and that was my first login try.

How to repeat:
